Andrew Forster
Co-Founder
Andrew is a small business owner in the construction industry who founded CHANGE with Mark to turn public frustration with the present political system into a serious, organised alternative.
He believes government must serve the people, elected Ministers must be accountable for their decisions, and the future of the Isle of Man must be determined by the Manx public.
Mark Cleator
Co-Founder
Mark is a business owner in the IT industry who has helped shape the direction and development of CHANGE from its earliest stages.
He believes the Island needs principled leadership, stronger accountability and a government prepared to make decisions in the interests of the people it serves.
For Mark, government must serve the people and must be run by those they elect — not by unseen entities operating in the background.
Sharon (SHAZ) Bridgens
Candidate
Sharon “Shaz” Bridgens has been involved with CHANGE for a considerable time and has played an active role in its development.
The scale of change across our Island, together with what she sees as a serious lack of accountability and responsibility in the last government, has convinced her that things cannot continue as they are.
Shaz is standing with CHANGE to help ensure that the next government is a very different one — accountable to the people it serves.
Denis Staunton
Candidate
Denis Staunton is a local businessman and concerned citizen who believes the Isle of Man needs a fundamental change in the way it is governed.
He wants to see greater accountability, more responsible use of public money and a government that puts the people of the Island first.
Denis is standing with CHANGE because he believes it is time for a government that listens, takes responsibility and delivers.
Dean Bolton
Candidate
Dean Bolton is a small business owner who has seen first-hand the impact excessive regulation can have on his own business and on other small businesses across the Island.
He feels compelled to stand up for small business owners and the wider Manx population, and to challenge rules that add cost and complexity without delivering any real benefit.
Dean believes the Isle of Man needs sensible, proportionate regulation — not regulation for regulation’s sake.

CHANGE already has members and supporters across the Isle of Man.
Some will become candidates in the 2026 General Election. Others are helping develop policy, organise the campaign, support candidates and take our message into their communities.
Our party is continuing to grow because more people are recognising that the Island cannot afford another five years of the same government and the same failures.
