Dear Member,
At Noble’s Hospital, operations were cut to save £220,000.
At the same time, over £1.8 million was made available for overseas projects.
This isn’t about whether support abroad is right or wrong.
It’s about priorities.
£1.8 million available to give away overseas, while local healthcare was being cut.
They had the money. They made the choices. And you’re living with the consequences.
Kind regards,
CHANGE
We on Isle of Man must come first as we have paid into system. We must make our IoM NHS be one of the best. Everyone should be able to avail of first class healthcare when needed and no giving away any money to any overseas country. That money must be ploughed back into our healthcare system first.
